Our PERFECT SAFETY RECORD (since our 2013 inception) is our team’s crowning achievement.  Sustaining our record of ZERO OSHA RECORDABLES is a pursuit we commit to every day, on every project, and on every task.

Our team attends annual ISTC’s Basic Orientation Plus safety training.  We are a drug-free workplace with pre-employment, annual, random, and post-incident drug testing.  We perform formal RCFAs for injuries, near misses, and design related issues.  We are ISNetworld and Avetta certified.

We call ourselves the A-Team because we are a driven and results-focused group that holds each other accountable, while we embrace our safety motto,
